What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can design and develop product experiences, collaborate cross-functionally, and apply my QA/documentation discipline to improve usability, reliability, and data accuracy.

I’m a freelance Product Development & Graphic Design professional, focused on web and mobile app development, UX design, and vector graphic art. Since Oct 2021, I’ve delivered projects through collaboration while keeping the user interface and experience optimized for clarity and performance.

Before freelancing, I spent years at Kinamed Inc., progressing through roles in Complaint Coordinator & QA Inspector, Project Assistant, Document Control, and Regulatory Affairs Associate. I brought strong Quality Assurance discipline—QMS adherence to GMP and ISO standards, product complaints, employee training, and company audits—along with rigorous documentation skills like procedural documents, medical device coding, product labeling, revision, filing, scanning, and strict record keeping, plus data management through database builds and asset management using ERP tools and online platforms.
