I’m an operations-minded coordinator with 6+ years of experience across project management, process development, research, and reporting in healthcare, humanitarian, and insurance organizations. I lead cross-functional projects from planning through delivery, translating complex information into clear materials for leadership, and I’m comfortable using AI-enabled productivity tools to improve team efficiency.

At TRS Healthcare, I served as a Customer Success Coordination Manager and project manager for 8 departmental initiatives, including a large-scale applicant tracking system overhaul, coordinating timelines and deliverables across multiple teams. I also managed a team of 20 employees, performed root cause analysis to recommend fixes, and prepared leadership reporting and briefing materials; in a later Technology QA Analyst role, I ran Scrum and sprint-planning for an ATS overhaul and led QA across major platform and software projects.
