I’ve managed large-scale logistics and supply chain operations at DHL Express (JFK Gateway Control Centre) and Amazon Operations & Amazon Logistics, running teams that move millions of packages across air routes and last-mile facilities.
At DHL, I drove a missed-connection rate below 0.1%, built a JFK pallet and ULD recovery tracking system, and led a nationwide clearance operations framework adopted across all DHL corporate hubs.
I also built an Excel- and SQL-integrated performance dashboard used by 25+ stakeholders, then used the visibility to improve daily freight flow, payment status, and flight outcomes. I’m currently pursuing AI and machine learning credentials to complement that operational work.
