I’m looking for a leadership role directing time-critical logistics and programs, ensuring 100% compliance, strong SLA/KPI performance, budget accountability, and continuous improvement—using SAP and data-driven reporting to resolve risks fast.

I’m a Program Director and logistics-operations professional with 7+ years of experience delivering large-scale, time-critical distribution programs in regulated, multi-site environments. I focus on shipping and receiving operations, logistics execution, inventory transactions, and vendor performance to protect production continuity and audit readiness.

In my current role, I direct multi-program workplans (WorkBC, Training, Settlement) while maintaining 100% contract compliance. I drive 98% on-time delivery of milestones, 85%+ client satisfaction, and track 80% program completion with 70% post-completion employment or training placement within six months.

Earlier, I led logistics operations across 21 states, coordinating time-critical and specialized deliveries and achieving zero stock-out targets.
