Providing software development services for the US Customs & Border Protection Cargo Division (CSPD). Drove an agent-assisted migration of a Java Spring Boot microservice from Java 17/Spring Boot 3 to Java 21/Spring Boot 4, resolving all breaking changes and authoring test cases for a defect caught in SAT.

Architected a production RAG pipeline with OpenAI embeddings, pgvector HNSW, and hybrid search, achieving sub-500ms latency. Engineered per-layer graceful degradation and hardened deploys with CI/CD security checks.

Designed and built a 100K+ line full-stack SaaS for vulnerability intelligence with paying users. Developed 6 graph-based security analysis engines and secured the platform end to end with tenant isolation, JWT revocation, and OWASP Top 10 hardening.

Built Python/Spark pipelines for terabyte-scale anomaly detection on air-gapped systems. Won first place in the 2023 Bug Bowl and mentored junior engineers.

Gathered requirements and modified SQL scripts for FBI name checks. Presented program activities at a Deloitte all-hands meeting. Also worked on DHS I&A and Data Cube projects, implementing bulk search and automating cluster deployments.
