I’m looking to lead operations and launch strategy for growing healthcare platforms—building scalable playbooks, improving compliance and workflows, leveraging analytics, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver on-time, within-budget, profitable outcomes.

I’m a healthcare operations leader with 15+ years of multi-site facility development, launch execution, and operational playbook building. I’ve owned end-to-end launch execution from site selection through go-live, leading 5 de novo facility openings with 100% on time and within budget delivery—and all facilities achieving profitability within 12 months.

I build scalable operational systems that standardize launch processes across growing portfolios. I coordinate cross-functional teams across construction, facilities, clinical operations, staffing, procurement, regulatory compliance, and IT—often across multiple concurrent openings—while maintaining performance across an active facility footprint.

In executive operations leadership, I led a multi-specialty ASC platform with 12 active facilities generating $40M+ in EBITDA, including de novo developments, joint ventures, and acquisitions. I designed custom scheduling, case costing, and clinical documentation software because existing tools didn’t match how facilities actually operated, and I developed facility administrators into independent operators accountable for day-to-day performance and physician board relationships.

Most recently, I’ve expanded into consulting and technology—delivering operational assessments, workflow analysis, launch readiness, and implementation roadmaps for ASCs and specialty practices. As Founder & CTO, I’m building an AI-powered SaaS platform end-to-end in Python, including a production application, live API, and an MCP interface in active development.
