I'm resolving voice-service issues for Intermedia Unified Communications at Teleperformance Gurgaon, supporting resellers and businesses with call quality, VoIP phone provisioning, IVR, caller ID, voicemail, fax, and app troubleshooting.
I've also maintained documentation for recurring issues, joined knowledge-transfer sessions for new support advisors, and served as a training apprentice when the process trainer was unavailable. I was selected for a worry-free team investigating negative-feedback cases and creating follow-up tasks.
Previously at LaptopHub.in, I supported customers by phone, email, and chat, diagnosing laptop and computer spare-part hardware and software issues and guiding installation, configuration, and optimization.
I also contributed React.js components at Digital Toucan, using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to improve interface interactivity and user experience. I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Application at Indira Gandhi National Open University.
