I’m a Senior Food Safety and QHSE professional with 15+ years of international experience across food production, large-scale catering, and agricultural development programs. I lead ISO-compliant food safety and QHSE systems in complex, multi-site environments.

My track record includes leading QHSE operations for food service delivery to 1,200+ personnel with a 100% audit pass rate. I also delivered GMP, HACCP, and food safety training to 100+ participants across multiple countries, helping teams build capability and consistent compliance.

I’ve conducted multi-site audits including ISO 22000, BRCGS, and FSSC 22000, and I’ve designed food safety systems for operations serving 7,000+ personnel. I’m trusted to advise processors and cold storage facilities—supporting 20+ organizations—and to drive process improvement through clear, practical auditing and remediation.

In recent work, I’ve led QHSE for a NATO dining facility as QAS Manager, achieving a 100% audit pass rate while acting as Project and Catering Manager. I also support cold chain, post-harvest, and value chain development through consultative roles, and I bring strong leadership through ISO Lead Auditor credentials, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Auditor, and HACCP/Six Sigma foundations.
