I am a seasoned, compassionate SHE professional with over 12 years' experience implementing and managing safety, health and environmental systems across multiple sites. I currently hold a group role with responsibility for more than 30 sites in South Africa, advising senior management and coordinating national SHE programs.
I specialise in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation, SHE operations, risk management, projects and compliance auditing, and I have led initiatives including TPM preparation, new line installations, wastewater treatment construction, and energy and water savings projects.
I drive incident reduction through programs such as BBS and safety leadership, trend and analyse SHE data for corporate reporting, and maintain national external audit and certification programmes. I have experience liaising with government, certification bodies and community projects, improving infrastructure and supporting social development.
I coach and mentor SHE teams, manage contractors, lead national policy development and maintain national SHE systems to ensure legal compliance and continuous improvement. My work combines practical site-level delivery with strategic national oversight to reduce risk and strengthen SHE performance.
