I’m a senior brand and creative leader with 20+ years building brand operating systems, messaging governance frameworks, and high-performing teams from scratch—inside regulated, compliance-driven industries. I take a player-coach approach and stay in the work alongside my team.

As Senior Director of Brand & Creative (Official Title: Copy Chief) at Physicians Mutual, I built and implemented an enterprise brand operating system, including integrated messaging governance and activation across multiple product lines and distribution channels. I authored corporate strategy adopted by senior leadership and presented to President's Council and the board of directors.

I lead campaign and creative execution end-to-end, from concept through production—delivering measurable results like +30% web leads and +40% phone leads versus control. I also developed editorial strategy and engagement tracking for a monthly newsletter reaching 600,000 subscribers, with attributable sales reporting and 98% positive response.

Earlier, as Senior Market & Corporate Creative leader at Mutual of Omaha, I drove senior market creative development (60% of annual new business), led the company’s first logo rebrand in 80 years, and built consumer segmentation and sales enablement materials. Before that, I held VP and admissions leadership roles, including full P&L responsibility and sustained enrollment growth.
