What I'm looking for
I translate neuroscience and clinical complexity into articles, campaigns, and claims people actually want to pick up—and remember. After fourteen years, the instinct is still the same: figure out the story that matters and make it stick.
Across healthcare, medical, B2B, and consumer brands, I lead positioning, messaging, operations, and creative development that helps teams say what they mean—and mean something when they say it. I build brand voice systems, governance, and audience journey clarity so every channel sounds consistent and intentional.
Most recently, as Senior Brand + Creative Messaging Lead, I defined a company-wide messaging framework for a rebrand that drove a 38% share of voice and a 26% brand lift, and earned a 2025 MarCom Gold Award. I also led messaging for a full website redesign and booking-platform launch, lifting engagement 77% and click-through rate by 38%, while creating a core claims library and AI-assisted workflows that accelerated delivery without compromising brand or regulatory standards.
Before that, I founded and ran a healthcare-focused creative consultancy, stepping in when positioning was unclear and building the strategy and messaging to fix it. I directed integrated campaigns across digital, CRM, social, video, and sales enablement, and I’ve also served as Content Editorial Director + Senior Writer—scaling brand voice, governance, and content from Southern California roots to a five-market national presence.
