At Carpe Diem Camps & Events, I worked as a camp leader and coordinator in different camps and events.

In French-speaking camps, I communicated with participants and helped them throughout the camp.

I also communicated with clients, parents, participants, and team members to help keep things running smoothly.

When unexpected problems came up, I found solutions while working under pressure. I’m currently looking for a French customer service or call center position where I can use my French and communication skills while gaining more professional experience.
