What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can lead during busy hours, keep operations accurate, and grow toward supervisor/assistant manager responsibilities while ensuring customers feel cared for.

I’m a customer service-focused professional with years of experience handling customers, multitasking in busy environments, and ensuring work is done properly, accurately, and on time. I take pride in making sure needs are met and customers are satisfied.

In my roles, I’ve built confidence with phone orders and order fulfillment, closing registers, and maintaining smooth daily operations. At Kickback Jacks, I managed 3–6 tables a day while fulfilling orders, upselling products, and keeping service strong during rush hours.

I’ve also supported team leadership and training—getting promoted to shift leader and taking care of the team day to day basics. More recently, as a nutrition worker at Falmouth Elementary School, I ensure kids and staff have access to healthy food options, and I’m building toward an Assistant Manager path that includes breakfast prep for hundreds of kids.
