What I'm looking for

I want to start in communication or human resources, using my interpersonal and organizational abilities to enhance team productivity and company culture while learning and growing in a supportive environment.

I’m pursuing a career in communication or human resources, where I can apply my interpersonal and organizational strengths to help teams work better together. My goal is to contribute to a positive, productive company culture from day one.

I’ve built a foundation through an Integrated MCA program and practical exposure via an internship at Sristi Innovative Computer Systems, where I focused on Python, AI, and ML. I also strengthened my analytical and reporting toolkit with Power BI workshops and data-focused certifications.

Through projects like an Intimate Wedding Planner system (Java, Spring Boot) and a TeachNet learning platform, I’ve learned to translate requirements into working solutions while collaborating effectively. I’m reliable and punctual, careful with details, and motivated to grow in HR/communication with strong teamwork.
