What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Guest Services Officer role with a premium or luxury cruise line where I can support VIP guests, multilingual communications, group events, and high-quality shipboard operations.

At Carnival Cruise Line, I supported guest services and hotel operations aboard the 2,900-guest Carnival Freedom. I delivered multilingual front-desk communications, VIP services, service recovery, and operational coordination in five languages.
