I’m a People Operations professional with 6+ years of experience spanning office operations, culture initiatives, and full-cycle HR. Since 2022 at Lokalise, I’ve owned the complete employee lifecycle—onboarding, offboarding, relocation, leave management, promotions, and employee records—while building efficient people processes that feel warm and structured in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
I’m also the primary owner of HiBob HRIS administration and a go-to for system-related queries, alongside managing the People Team Service Desk and ensuring audit-ready people data for SOC2 and ISO processes. I bring automation and documentation discipline through Confluence, lead all-company events and programs, and coordinate EOR partnerships in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and IT Ops.
