What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to employee experience and people operations in a multicultural environment, combining HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, workplace coordination, and continuous improvement.

At Checkmarx, I support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through employee support, benefits administration, offboarding, and HR operations.

I coordinate internship and business-support hiring, manage employee documentation and insurance processes, and partner with managers and cross-functional teams on integration and people-related needs. I also organize internal events and workplace logistics across multiple European locations.

I'm currently completing a Master's degree in Sociology focused on Social Policies, combining organizational analysis and social diagnosis with practical people operations experience.

I use employee feedback surveys, employer branding, internal communication, and continuous-improvement initiatives to strengthen wellbeing, workplace culture, and operational efficiency in multicultural environments.
