What I'm looking for

I’m looking to return to people and operations work, ideally in a small, autonomous team that values the quality of the work over the hours logged.

At Assembleia Legislativa da Região Autónoma da Madeira (ALRAM), I built ChatGPT-based tools on my own initiative to assess proposals against party values and automate recurring analysis. I also helped secure approval of 15+ proposals through analysis and stakeholder alignment.

At Alts Digital, I ran the employee lifecycle for a fully remote team, personally onboarding around 10 hires, and led talent acquisition and remote-work initiatives. At Empresa de Eletricidade da Madeira, I led an HR process redesign whose first phase removed about an hour of manual work per person per day.

Earlier, at Kencko, I built process-optimization tools, including one that cut a recurring procurement decision from about an hour to five minutes. I also design and sell Google Sheets templates for personal budgeting and baby-registry planning. I’m now focused on returning to people and operations work, ideally in a small, autonomous team that values the quality of the work over hours logged.
