What I'm looking for

I am seeking senior technical project leadership roles in automotive or embedded systems where I can lead cross-functional teams, drive R&D to production, improve processes, and deliver customer-focused solutions in international environments.

I am an experienced System Project Leader with 15+ years in automotive and IT, leading complex R&D and embedded-systems projects from concept through SOP to series support. I specialize in electric power steering, ADAS, and automated driving hardware delivery for major OEMs.

I lead cross-functional, international teams and act as the primary technical interface between customers and development groups, ensuring requirements alignment, on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction. I have coordinated embedded software development, HW/SW integration and series-production support for large-scale programs.

I facilitate company-wide Lessons Learned workshops and coach 8D problem solving to drive continuous improvement and effective root-cause corrective actions. I also introduced process improvements that reduced time-to-market and increased project quality across divisions.
