At TomTom, I planned and managed geocoding sourcing, workload and capacity across monthly, quarterly and longer-term horizons. I translated product priorities into resource and delivery plans for internal and outsourced production teams.
I used Jira workflows to make ownership, deadlines and dependencies visible across acquisition, preparation, quality checks and delivery. I also applied risk management and supported incident recovery through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
At TomTom, I analysed production cost, effort, throughput and country deliveries to identify capacity constraints and inform planning. I proposed coordinated delivery batches, workflow standardisation and automation to reduce handover delays and improve production readiness.
I also led a multinational team of GIS specialists as Data Sourcing Region Manager for Eastern Europe, managing sourcing partners, regional contracts, quality assurance and operational continuity. My work spans GIS sourcing and validation, map operations, and delivery coordination, including GIS attribute delivery and validation for Jaguar Land Rover test tracks.
