I'm currently monitoring Golden Arches Development Corporation network devices at Conduent, including Cisco routers, switches, Cisco Meraki access points, F5 load balancers, and Fortinet firewalls. I troubleshoot and isolate network issues remotely, manage tickets in Sapphire and Freshservice, and coordinate with third-party support to restore client connectivity.
Previously at Indra Philippines, I monitored and backed up Cisco, F5, Palo Alto, and Fortinet infrastructure using PRTG and SolarWinds. I configured Cisco routers and switches through remote SSH, set up Meraki access points, and supported Fortinet SD-WAN redundancy.
