Managed end-to-end development and launch of IntuitLabs.com, shipping 50+ prototype apps. Led over 100 field visits with small business owners, directed exploration of speech recognition, drove growth of ThumbStrips to one million downloads, and ran early social media growth experiments.

Progressed through analyst roles supporting Sales, Finance, and QuickBooks teams, building automated reporting and measurement processes adopted company-wide. Founded Intuit's Business Analyst Community to share technical knowledge and best practices.
