I coordinated multiple projects, developed career guidance, training, and job-placement activities, led teams, and monitored reporting for EU, Spanish Government, and Generalitat de Catalunya funding.

My HR experience also includes recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compensation, administration, and compliance at Bicompany and Marlex Human Capital. I bring more than seven years of experience working in multicultural environments with a strong focus on diversity and talent development.
