At Mercado Libre (Mercado Pago), I design end-to-end debit and credit card experiences across Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico, with a focus on activation, recurring usage and churn reduction.
I redesigned key card lifecycle journeys, including first-use activation, renewal and contactless payments, using user interviews, competitive benchmarking and data analysis. I also defined the visual system for debit and credit cards and built an icon library aligned with the Andes design system.
I use Cursor, Codex and Claude throughout my design process, from project conception to handoff, and work with BigQuery for data analysis. My process also includes research, prototyping, usability testing and accessible handoff to engineering.
Previously, at Grupo SOMA / FARM Rio Global, I designed e-commerce experiences for web and mobile and used behavior insights to improve usability and conversion. At DevSquad, I conducted research and testing for product launches and redesigns, and built and documented a Design System.
