Led design of a self-service Data Connector to enable seamless partner API data uploads and maintained the Figma design system to ensure consistency and accessibility. Conducted qualitative and quantitative UX research and used usage data to inform continuous product improvements.

Designed an e-learning web platform for live go-to-market courses and created a company-level service blueprint to map internal relationships and convert pain points into opportunities. Collaborated with product and engineering to define platform workflows.
