At Whirlpool Corporation, I design connected-product experiences for appliances, evaluating usability, navigation, information architecture, and interaction flows across a complex IoT ecosystem.
I turn ambiguous requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into end-to-end flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. I also conduct heuristic evaluations, usability testing, and card sorting to guide product decisions.
