What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design B2C mobile and delivery experiences with cross-functional teams, taking products from discovery and research through scalable UI and delivery.

At Rappi, I design and evolve B2C mobile experiences across purchase and order tracking for millions of users across LATAM. I led the Order Tracking redesign, making delivery status and ETA easier to understand throughout the post-purchase journey.

I've also designed checkout, payments, gifting, and post-order experiences, from discovery and research through flows, prototypes, UI, and delivery. Previously at Muni Tienda, I designed social commerce journeys spanning discovery, purchase, fulfillment, usability, and conversion.
