Planned and executed user research with companies as part of the discovery phase of the new loyalty program.
I designed the mobile interface of the Tribal Rewards program in low and high fidelity, considering a handoff to developers version and usability test prototype.

Established with the Product Manager a cadence of experimentation in the product, using Product Led Growth strategy, in which we validate hypotheses every 15 days using code and no-code tools, in which we managed to increase 5% of plan upsells per month in the first quarter of 2022.
