I led web strategy and digital experience at Government Scientific Source, improving how customers found products, navigated a scientific catalog, and completed key tasks.

I grew the site's indexed footprint from nearly zero to approximately 30,000 pages and organic search impressions from roughly 700–1,000 to more than 18,000. I worked across marketing, engineering, operations, and supplier teams to modernize e-commerce, improve taxonomy, and strengthen publishing standards.

I built North Star, a web intelligence product that turns website analytics and search data into evidence-based findings. I defined its product strategy, user experience, analytical requirements, and AI-assisted workflows while testing and refining the working application.
