At Keystone Technology Consultants, I provide Tier 1–3 support across client environments, handling ticket triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and user communication through ConnectWise Manage.

I administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Windows endpoints, and network services while resolving identity, connectivity, file-service, and collaboration issues. I also build reusable PowerShell tools for onboarding, offboarding, account changes, and incident response.

I’ve built a Python Windows support assistant, Microsoft Power Platform request forms, browser extensions for internal AI tooling, and an end-to-end RAG pipeline grounded in company documentation. My work spans support operations, automation, software development, and applied AI.
