I’m a business systems–focused analyst with experience translating complex business needs into clear user stories, system enhancements, and workflow improvements. I strengthen delivery by combining requirements gathering with system mapping and data modeling concepts.

In my recent role as a Senior Analyst / Portal Administrator / Release Manager, I developed and refined user stories and maintained a backlog of 20+ items at all times . I conducted system mapping and supported product roadmapping for portal enhancements, using Adobe Analytics to analyze portal behavior and guide improvements.

I’ve been trusted to plan and validate 40+ releases with zero rollbacks, while tailoring documentation that keeps teams aligned. I create user guides, dashboards, and operational documentation that improve usability and reduce friction for stakeholders.

Previously, as a Lead Analyst / Portal Administrator, I authored Jira stories and supported reporting enhancements, coordinating testing, defect resolution, and release validation. Earlier experience in records and administrative support strengthened my attention to data accuracy, compliance, and process reliability—skills I bring to agile delivery today.
