I have led backlog refinement, release planning, and sprint ceremonies, acted as sole business analyst on multiple initiatives, and collaborated closely with product owners, developers, QA, and vendors to troubleshoot defects and ensure successful UAT. I strengthened UI/UX skills by producing 508-compliant mock-ups and created large-scale deliverables, including a 1400+ page user manual.
