At Kinaxis, I design and improve technical learning, onboarding, LMS, and certification experiences for global customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. I administer 30+ role-based learning paths across Absorb, 360Learning, and Docebo, and supported 998 exams and 505 certifications globally.
I turn complex product workflows and technical information into learner-centered eLearning, videos, job aids, assessments, and blended training. I also launched Kinaxis’ first Mandarin learning experience and co-led LMS and certification-platform migrations with 100% data accuracy before go-live.
Previously, I led adult-learning operations at CLLC, helping grow enrollment from 12 to 130 learners in one year while strengthening learner experience and retention.
