At Oracle, I helped take Oracle Alloy from early concept to a business operating across 15+ partners and 30+ regions. I define partner-facing cloud capabilities, translate infrastructure constraints into product direction, and align engineering, operations, sales, legal, and customers.

I owned strategy, roadmaps, and feature intake for support and operations behind Oracle dedicated cloud offerings, including sovereign operations for Europe and Japan. I also brought AI and support tooling teams together around a RAG assistant over Oracle support content; inbound support requests dropped roughly 30%.

Earlier, as a Technical Account Manager and outbound product leader for OCI, I turned enterprise customer needs into roadmap improvements across compute, cost management, storage, and managed Kubernetes. A telecom customer's need to reduce non-production spend led from interim scripts to a native time-based autoscaling capability.

My technical foundation spans OpenStack, Kubernetes, Linux, compute, storage, networking, infrastructure automation, and software engineering. I've designed production private clouds, built automation and observability systems, and use that hands-on perspective to make practical product decisions.
