COO, VP Operations or Head of Operations at a 30-300 person company whose operation has outgrown the founder. Strongest under real regulatory constraint - pharmacy under controlled-medicine rules - and where AI has to show measurable results, not enthusiasm. I own the P&L, build business lines from zero, and leave operations running without me.

Operations executive: revenue lines from zero, P&L ownership, and AI that lands in operations where failure has real consequences.
What I'm looking for
Ten years building the internal machinery of high-growth startups, most of it under real regulatory constraint: controlled medicines, pharmacy and warehouse compliance, health-authority inspections. That is the kind of constraint where a badly designed operation is not just inefficient, it is illegal.
At Vitau I built two revenue lines from zero. I owned the P&L of a hospital pharmacy division across five partner hospitals and up to four simultaneous locations, delivered 16.9% average monthly sales growth - eight times the previous management - and scaled the model to four clinics averaging $200K MXN per month from zero sales. As Chief of Staff I now own Operations, HR, Legal and BizOps for a 30-person company, and guided a newly appointed CEO through restructuring, a path to profitability and multi-city expansion.
My second edge is AI where failure has consequences. I re-architected supplier invoice reconciliation from four hours a day to three minutes, recovering roughly 950 hours a year and cutting tooling cost to $24 a month, then led adoption across a company where 95% had never used these tools. Three open headcount requests were withdrawn, and nobody was laid off - the work stopped existing.
Before Vitau: COO at Valiot, where I moved a B2B industrial AI business from one-off projects to recurring revenue, and Delivery Manager at Invisible Technologies.
I am not a specialist. I am the person who makes specialists work together.
