I seek a role applying food science and product management to improve quality and safety, with opportunities for operational ownership, staff training, and measurable impact on waste reduction and customer satisfaction.

I am a food science professional with a strong background in product management, food quality control, and safety compliance developed through roles in production, catering and student recruitment. I hold a B.Tech (Hons) in Food Science from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and have completed certifications in customer service, HR, project management and HSE.

As CEO/Product Manager at RukkyFood and Events and Business Manager at Saga-Trans Limited, I designed sales and distribution plans, led safety and storage controls, and generated performance reports to support operations. I consistently applied first-in-first-out inventory practices and supervised production methodologies to minimize waste.
