In food operations management, I oversee day-to-day execution, ensuring smooth, hitch-free service. I manage controls and reconciliation processes, delegate tasks to team members, submit daily reports, inspect new products, and support availability of materials for consistent food production.
Because food quality and safety matter, I’ve built capability through targeted training in food hygiene, contamination prevention, biological/physical/chemical hazard concepts, and food handlers practices. I bring that mindset to operations so teams work with care, accuracy, and prevention in mind.
With a Bachelor’s background in Biochemistry and practical laboratory exposure, I’m comfortable working with scientific methods like proximate and phytochemical analysis, heavy metal determination, and related lab techniques.
