I am a chemical engineer with extensive experience leading quality control and food safety operations in biscuit and food manufacturing. I have driven laboratory management, process control, and SAP documentation to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.

I spearheaded the development of HACCP plans, food safety policy, and product safety programs while coordinating physical and chemical testing of raw materials and finished goods to meet national and international quality standards.

I have led quality department set-up projects, delivered staff training, and implemented corrective actions and process enhancements across custard, bread and chin chin production. I also coordinated water treatment plant operations and chemical standardization for manufacturing use.

My background includes advanced study in chemical engineering with a focus on polymer foam characterization, multiple professional certifications in HSE, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, and process engineering, and hands-on experience with tools like AutoCAD, Aspen HYSYS, Minitab and SAP.
