Shittu Rofeeqoh

I’m a Food Science and Technology graduate with hands-on experience in quality control and food product development across FMCG and applied food research environments. I bring a strong analytical mindset and a team-lead approach to maintaining “safe, compliant, and innovation-driven” food production.

In my Quality Control Personnel role at Multipro Consumer Products Limited, I led and supported a team to maintain warehouse conditions in line with quality and food safety standards. I verified products dispatched from the warehouse against required quality specifications prior to release, used inspection checklists to monitor storage conditions and product integrity, and collaborated with warehouse and logistics teams to keep quality consistent across daily operations.

As a Food Product Development Intern at the Federal Institute of Industrial Research, Oshodi (FIIRO), I led a food product development project end-to-end—coordinating formulation, testing, and evaluation. I formulated new product recipes that gained acceptance among a target consumer group aged 18 to 40, ran product trials with documented results for recipe refinement, and prepared detailed technical reports for supervisors.

Before and alongside these roles, I developed strong communication and data reasoning through teaching Mathematics and Computer Science at Fola Ade Model College, including building student data analysis projects and delivering precise instructions and feedback. I also support accountability and attention to detail through ongoing leadership in finance with Ìṣe Ọ́mọlúàbí Humanitarian Foundation, reinforcing the discipline I bring to SOPs, regulatory compliance, and technical reporting.
