At Zignal Labs, I lead QA for an OSINT SaaS platform used in security, public affairs, and brand intelligence. I manage a follow-the-sun team of QA engineers, plan the Selenium-to-Cypress migration, and coordinate weekly releases across product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
I’ve also provided Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical product support for enterprise B2B and B2G customers, troubleshooting authentication, access control, API ingestion, SSO, outages, regressions, and platform performance. I build runbooks, SOPs, technical documentation, and automation that help teams resolve data-heavy SaaS issues quickly.
I use tools including Jira, Python, Claude Code, Okta OAuth 2.0, Zapier, Freshdesk, Pendo, AWS S3, and GitHub to improve QA investigations, reporting, releases, and customer support operations.
