I'm looking for remote-first APAC or global roles where I can build partnerships, commercial models and customer ecosystems that translate market insight into measurable revenue and growth.

I've led commercial strategy, partnerships and ecosystem growth at AirAsia Rewards, AirAsia MOVE, foodpanda/Delivery Hero, Astro and Rev Asia across Southeast Asia. At AirAsia Rewards, I scaled an open-loop ecosystem with 40+ merchants, secured 15+ exclusive brand agreements and built a loyalty-as-a-service model generating MYR5.75M in weekly incremental revenue.

I've taken commercial opportunities from insight and business case through negotiation, launch and optimisation, delivering MYR150M in Gross Booking Value, MYR300M+ GMV and 490% revenue growth in Indonesia. I work across product, technology, marketing, operations, finance and external partners to turn customer, unit-economics and market insights into scalable growth.
