At Smith Drug Company, I support more than 350 end users across four distribution centers and corporate headquarters, keeping business-critical systems operating reliably. I serve as the EDI subject matter expert, configuring and troubleshooting ANSI X12 transactions and supporting customer connectivity and trading partner integrations.
I've also administered Active Directory, IBM AS400, enterprise access, Windows environments, printers, barcode scanners, and Level I network issues. Previously, at TireCenters, LLC, I supported locations across the United States, contributed to Windows migrations, deployed workstation images with Symantec GhostCast Server, and managed secure FTP transfers using PGP encryption.
