I'm looking for a patient-facing or customer service role where I can use my communication, billing, scheduling, and administrative skills to resolve concerns and support efficient daily operations.

At Aspen Dental, I coordinate communication between patients and physicians in a high-volume clinic, help patients understand billing statements and insurance policies, and work with insurers to support accurate claims processing.

I've also handled 60+ inbound calls per day as a remote Customer Care Consultant at Sitel Group, resolving product and policy issues, de-escalating stressful situations, and connecting customers with the right departments.

My background includes customer service at Asurion and receptionist work at Millcreek of Pontotoc Treatment Center, where I welcomed visitors, screened facility access, organized mail and deliveries, and supported office operations. I bring strong multitasking, time management, communication, and customer billing skills.
