I handle customer interactions about billing disputes, scheduling, and warranty calls. I also track past-due accounts and coordinate collections.

I document change orders, time-and-materials sheets, and field updates to support accurate invoicing and month-end close. I prepare lien waiver documentation and notarize documents as a commissioned NY State Notary Public.

I work fully remotely and keep billing records organized. I’m learning QuickBooks and ServiceTitan.
