I am a purpose-driven billing and financial specialist with hands-on experience in invoice generation, accounts receivable/payable, and billing system maintenance across education and technology sectors. I bring strong communication, customer service, and multi-tasking skills complemented by technical familiarity with EMR, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Microsoft Office, ConnectWise and billing trackers.

In prior roles I created customer accounts and bills for multiple school districts, researched and resolved payment discrepancies, applied payments and handled currency conversion to USD, and prepared regular reports and meetings for managers. I have experience contacting clients about past-due invoices, coordinating with internal departments on delinquent accounts, and maintaining accurate customer records.
