I’m looking for a role where I can own full-cycle billing and cash application, keep A/R aging clean, and support month-end close with audit-ready documentation—ideally in a high-volume, process-driven, regulated environment.

I’m an Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist with 5+ years of experience across U.S. and U.K. accounting environments. I manage the full billing lifecycle—preparing, reviewing, and submitting invoices—while applying cash receipts accurately across multiple client accounts (ACHs, wires, and checks). I monitor A/R aging, follow up on past-due balances, and resolve unapplied cash, short-payments, and billing discrepancies.

I support month-end close through A/R-to-GL reconciliations and variance analysis, and I produce billing summaries, aging reports, and reconciliation schedules for management. Known for clean, audit-ready documentation, I assist with external audit requests and maintain compliance in regulated, high-volume settings (including HIPAA and CLIA). I also identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency while collaborating closely with finance, operations, and client teams.
