What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can troubleshoot technical issues, improve product experiences through clear user communication, and grow in IT or technical product support with a team that values documentation and actionable fixes.

I’m a Technical Product Specialist currently at Atento, where I troubleshoot platform issues using strong analytical skills to diagnose potential bugs and deliver actionable solutions or fixes. I communicate technical solutions to users and train them on product features, so they can move forward confidently.

Before this role, I built a customer-first foundation through operations and retail experience, including delivering personalized beauty consultations at Sephora and supporting store operations with inventory management and accurate product availability. I also gained hands-on IT exposure as an Information Technology Intern, and I’m supported by Cisco Certified Network Associate, Help Desk Support Technician, and my Associate in Science in Computer Information Technology.
