At Threshold, I advise and advocate for tenants on housing rights, tenancy law, evictions, rent arrears, and dispute resolution. I work with landlords and local authorities to pursue fair, sustainable housing outcomes while providing timely, empathetic support to vulnerable clients.

Previously, I spent over seven years with Capita Customer Solutions supporting the RTB in complex case environments, acting as a subject matter expert in the Residential Tenancies Act and handling escalations, de-escalation, UAT testing, and systems training. I bring over eight years of experience in tenancy law, client advocacy, contact-centre operations, and team support, alongside a strong commitment to preventing homelessness and empowering renters.
