At Boyum IT (Perfion), I defined the product’s AI strategy and led development of an MCP for in-app AI support. I also own the Perfion PIM roadmap and backlog, and led the product side of a complete rework of its web client.

Before moving into product management, I led Perfion implementations and integrations for customers, and built AI-assisted automations connecting Perfion’s API to AI services. Earlier, I implemented the TIA insurance platform and designed interfaces for a complex desktop application.
