What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead accessible, high-impact SaaS and AI product work where I can connect customer insight, product strategy, design systems, and engineering to ship measurable outcomes.

I've led 0-to-1 B2B SaaS design at Tiblo Digital, including WheelLog for fleet operators, where rapid prototyping and customer discovery contributed to an 80% trial-to-paid conversion rate.

Across The Total Office, MarketTime, InsideMaps, and Genex Infosys, I've reduced churn, improved onboarding and transaction flows, built component libraries, and shipped accessible experiences for platforms serving from hundreds of thousands to over one million users.

I work closely with product, engineering, research, marketing, data science, and policy teams to turn behavior data and usability research into clear product decisions. My work includes AI citation transparency, computer-vision discovery, conversational AI, predictive search, fraud operations, and 3D spatial scanning workflows.

I'm also building Simple Notes, an AI-native open-source Markdown editor in TypeScript, React, and Electron. As its sole designer and engineer, I've created a local-first cross-platform tool with LSP support, vim motions, AI inline assistance, a Flowchart canvas, and a Kanban board.
